Hollow Lantern
★★★★★ 4.6
Hollow Lantern is a mood piece first and a puzzle game second. You explore a quiet town where the lights are slowly going out, tapping through hand-painted scenes and piecing together what happened to the people who left.
The puzzles are gentle — more about observation than logic gymnastics — which fits the contemplative tone. I played most of it at night and the soundtrack genuinely added to it.
It's not a long game, maybe five hours, but it leaves an impression. If you want something slow and story-forward to unwind with, this is an easy recommendation.
